Key Responsibilities
- Preparation, to prepare a large quantity of Gyoza, Dim Sum by yourself and serving of Dim Sum as
- per Cowfish signature menu.
- Ensure proper Dim Sum Presentation and Quality is Consistent and Maintained by the Standard
- Ensure proper filling of Dim Sum / Gyoza and to minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper portions & controlling of Dim Sum / Gyoza to minimize wastage.
- Must have the skill to pan fry and steam Dim Sum / Gyoza according to the Cowfish Standards,
- Quality and consistency.
- Ensure all stock is dated and rotated daily.
- Ensure all stock ingredients is ordered on a daily basis.
- Ensure consistent and smooth Dim Sum production.
- Ensure working areas are always kept clean.
- Have excellent dough mixing and Dim Sum folding skills.
- Assisting other kitchen staff members as the need arises.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding customer expectations and promoting high level of service.
- Adhere to portion controls consistently.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to specifications and served at the correct quality.
- Ensure innovative use of ingredients.
- Ensure innovative use of equipment.
- Grade 12
- Atleast 3 years experience in preparation of DimSum
- DimSum preparation experience is ESSENTIAL
