Direct Marketing Manager

Crescent Lifestyle is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Social Media and Direct Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and developing an effective direct marketing strategy to enhance our brand presence and reach our target audience. Knowledge of Islam and its cultural sensitivities is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach our target audience.
• Create and curate engaging and culturally relevant content for our social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Islamic values and sensitivities.
• Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute a direct marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify target segments and develop personalised direct marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
• Collaborate with external agencies or vendors for the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management and direct marketing.
