Sales Leaders
A unique opportunity now exists for a highly motivated individual who is a natural sales leader and a team motivator. You will have direct influence on a team of sales representatives and if you take pride in managing and motivating people, then this role is for you.
Ideally the business is looking to attract a leader who is results focused, understands the dynamics of a sales team and the power of motivation through best practice.
Working in collaboration with your team you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage monthly sales planning activity for each sales representative including coaching.
- Leading by example and operating with ethics, integrity and professionalism in every situation.
- Utilise leads and networking opportunities to contact new customers
- You will take ownership and have responsibility for meeting and exceeding targets for the team.
- Drive the retention of existing customers and service their needs as circumstances change.
- Provide on the job training for sales representatives on an individual and team basis.
Essential criteria for you to be successful in this role.
- Experience in leadership in any role, sales preferably.
- Strong leadership skills to manage performance motivate and coach others.
- Exceptional telephone skills, including asking the right questions and influencing customers to obtain successful sales.
- Strong and effective negotiation skills coupled with effective relationship building skills.
- Minimum basic to intermediate level of Microsoft office, specifically excel and word.
Qualifications:
- Clear criminal and financial record.
- Valid South African ID
- Matric
