The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and promoting Hikvisions range of security and surveillance solutions. Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, networking, and cold calling. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their security needs, and offering tailored Hikvision solutions. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Hikvisions product portfolio, including surveillance cameras, video management software, access control systems, and other security solutions. Consultative Selling: Understand customer requirements and provide expert advice and solutions to address their security challenges effectively. Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and execute sales strategies, prepare sales plans, forecasts, and reports, and maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to expand Hikvisions market presence and competitive advantage. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, technical support staff, and management to ensure seamless communication, efficient sales processes, and achievement of sales targets. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry standards, product knowledge, and technological advancements in the security and surveillance domain. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record in direct sales, preferably within the security or surveillance industry. In-depth knowledge of security systems and familiarity with Hikvision products is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
