Employment Solution Management is seeking motivated individuals on behalf of leading Fibre Network Providers that are interested to kickstart a rewarding career in the Fibre Sales industry.
About the Position: Successful candidates will be responsible for selling high-speed fibre-optic internet services to residential and commercial customers.
Their primary role will be to promote and close sales while providing excellent customer service.
A FTTH sales specialist is responsible for selling high-speed fiber-optic internet services to residential and commercial customers. They educate potential customers, address their concerns, and maintain knowledge of products and pricing. Their primary role is to promote and close sales while providing excellent customer service Skills, Competencies and Attributes includes but does not exclude any other functions that contribute to the achievement of product and sales targets and outcomes.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Pro-actively canvas for new sales of the Fibre to the Home product suite to new clients by executing the sales strategy within predetermined coverage areas
- Achieve targets net of churn as well as campaign outcomes / target consistently as set out by Management
- Establish, maintain, expand, and take ownership of customer relationship
- To take ownership, plan and carry out relevant sales process
- Ensure lead management system (Solid) is updated and maintained accurately and timeously with all relevant information e., address, sales status, technical and debtors contacts
- Schedule client meetings where and when required
- Attend door-to-door sales activities, Street Activations, Mall Activations, and any other forms of activations as directed by management
- Actively promote FTTH and associated products on social media platforms
- Collect, collate, and report on all sales activities and outcomes daily, including location, interactions, leads quotes and sales attained per network operator
- At all times ensure that you have enough sales collateral to meet your sales objectives
- Ensure that all marketing equipment allocated is maintained in good working order and that any damages or wear and tear on the equipment is immediately reported to your manager or team lead
- While executing on your sales activities continually feedback to your manager or team lead on locations best suited to activations, consumer marketing opportunities and the like to assist in improving the effectiveness of your sales team
- Utilise services of Sales Specialists or Product Managers to compliment your skills when required
- Abide by any specific campaign or promotional requirements as directed
- Ensure regular customer feedback continually and throughout all pre and post sales processes in a professional manner
- Attend product training sessions in line with HYPA Requirements to develop relevant knowledge and skills
- Continuously raise own competency levels
- Foster an atmosphere of self-study with regards to trends in the telecommunications market
- Constantly provide feedback to Management on skill and knowledge requirements
- South African citizenship
- Currently Unemployed
- Between the ages of 18-34
- Qualification not higher than NQF Level 4
- Attended a Quintile 1, 2,3 school or Recipient of a Child Support Grant
- Fixed Salary with a commission structure
- On-the-job training on an Industry-recognised qualification
