At KCS the Director of PM, Shared Services & Integrations will lead the forefront of innovation and efficiency within Kerridge Commercial Systems. This pivotal role entails orchestrating the development, management, and strategic direction of our comprehensive internal toolset. The role will directly influence the evolution and integration of critical services including gateways to third-party applications, advanced metering solutions, and robust PDF functionalities, among others.
By driving these core services, the Director of PM, Shared Services & Integrations will ensure not only enhance our product suite's cohesion and efficiency but also significantly contribute to the scalability and innovation of our offerings. This position demands a visionary approach to align these services closely with our overarching business goals, thereby ensuring seamless integration and support across the KCS product landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically lead the product management function for shared services and integrations, aligning with the company's overarching product and technology strategy.
- Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap, focusing on integration capabilities and shared services that enhance product ecosystem interoperability.
- Conduct extensive market research and engage in customer interviews to identify emerging needs and opportunities for product innovation in shared services and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure product solutions meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the agile development and continuous improvement of shared services and integration products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Advocate for best practices in product management within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and methodologies to improve the product development lifecycle and enhance product offerings.
- Engage with key stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, championing the voice of the customer in product strategy and development discussions.
