Director: Strategy and Enterprise Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Strategy & Enterprise Architecture. This role is pivotal in driving our organization's growth, fostering innovation, and maintaining a competitive advantage through strategic planning and effectiveness.

Requirements.

Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience of 8 15 years in a strategic leadership role, with a focus on enterprise architecture, strategic planning, and technology management.

Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can enable and enhance them.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization.

Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, etc.) are essential.

Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategies for long-term organizational goals.

Conduct comprehensive market analysis, identifying trends, competition, and potential risks/opportunities for strategic decisions.

Define measurable objectives and KPIs aligning with the company's overall strategy.

Develop and maintain enterprise architecture ensuring IT systems align with business objectives.

Assess the technological landscape, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for efficiency, security, scalability, and innovation.

Ensure technological solutions support business operations, facilitating integration across departments.

Lead a team in strategy development, enterprise architecture, and related areas, providing guidance and support.

Work closely with cross-functional teams for cohesive strategy implementation.
