Key Purpose
Support Retentions manager in achieving set objectives through both proactive and reactive initiatives. Conduct customer interactions with the aim of conserving existing business.
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to
- Conduct outbound telephonic Conservation to existing Discovery Invest clients.
- Ensure that monthly conservation targets are met.
- Proactively determine the clients needs and potential servicing gaps.
- Proactively evaluate interactions with clients providing dazzling service at all times to internal and external clients.
- Escalate any client escalations to relevant Service Teams for resolution
- Keep accurate statistics on all calls, contacts and client interactions.
- Assist Retentions manager in highlighting conservation trends

- 3 years Discovery Invest Experience
- 2 years Conservation and/ or related telesales experience (preferable)
- 2 years experience in Industry sales position and/or outbound telesales environment (preferable)
- Excellent English and Afrikaans spoken would be beneficial
- Good administration skills in Excel and Word.
