Consolidated employers organisation (CEOSA) requires the services of a vibrant and dynamic dispute resolution official\legal advisor to represent our members at the CCMA and\or Bargaining Councils in the Limpopo area (Polokwane).
Job requirements:
- The applicant must be conversant with all CCMA and Bargaining Council processes.
- Applicants must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written) and have a thorough theoretical and practical understanding knowledge of the South African Labour Laws.
- Legal qualifications (degree) - LLB\ BCom.
- Preferably admitted as a attorney.
- Must have at least 2 years practical experience in conciliation, arbitration and litigation. (experience obtained during article will be considered).
- Good working knowledge of labour legislation and in particular the LRA, BCEA and EEA.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Must have a valid driver's licence and roadworthy vehicle.
