Day-to-Day you will:
- Answer queries regarding credit score and affordability via email
- Assist victims of fraud in the process of protecting their information
- Produce hard copies of individual credit reports
- Provide information about available online services
- Log credit data disputes and complaints and give updates on the process
- Help consumers to achieve a better understanding of the credit industry in the UK
Skills and experience you will have:
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Experience of working in a call centre or other customer-driven environment desirable
- Good IT knowledge
- Experience of working with sensitive information
- Ability to adapt to changes according to the business needs of the company
- Understanding of the banking or credit referencing industry desirable, but not essential
- Fluent English, written skills
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate with other departments
