Distributor Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with the appointed Sage distributor, working along-side the accredited Business Partners in East and West Africa. DRM drives sales revenue growth by building a close relationship with the Distributor and Business Partners, ensuring New Customer Acquisition success, driving business and marketing plans with Business partner and implement these business plans for priority partners. DRM is the trusted advisor to work with the distributor to ensure NCA, marketing and business success in East and West Africa. The DRM position will manage the sales booking number per business partner, ensuring expansion of the Partner network with the Distributor. The DRM collaborates with Partner Account Managers (sales teams), Retention Advisors (Renewals), pre-sales and ISVs to support the partners in East and West Africa on sales and renewals
- Meets and/or exceeds goals including, but not limited to, revenue, customer growth, defined business plans for selected Business Partners
- Responsible for driving revenue through strategic partnerships, ISV ecosystem
- Driving sales booking quotas with Business Partners and distributor on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Defines, implement, and manages the business plans for specific partners.
- Managing forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement by the distributor.
- Link between Sage and Distributor to escalate sales and Business Partner issues to the applicable Partners.
- Maintain data integrity of customer, Business Partners, and Distributor information in the Sage systems
- Data accuracy and maintenance on Smartsheets and Sales Force with the Business partners
- Lead the execution of the sales projects; ensuring that KPIs are achieved with the Business Partners and Distributor
- Liaison between Renewals Teams, Distributor and Business Partners to ensure business continuity for our customers
- Expand the Sage Business Partner network with recruitment of new business partners
