As a Distribution Leadership and Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for the recruitment process within the department, developing and implementing effective recruitment and leadership strategies, as well as leading a team of distribution and admins.
If You Have The Following
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree).
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies for both domestic and international talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
