Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, close and onboard major FMCG brands, distributors, and wholesalers within allocated verticals
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with brands, distributors, wholesalersand foster new partnerships
- Respond to and resolve all client questions and concerns
- Identify and nurture FMCG value chain clusters through existing relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop strategy to motivate and drive regular order traffic via the Redcloud Marketplace platform
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
- Negotiate profitable business deals with brands, distributors, and wholesalers
- Report clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital solutions across Payments, Ordering, Marketing solutions and B2B marketplaces
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep digital understanding
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
