Key Performance Areas and Tasks
- The incumbent is responsible for promoting the sales and interests of the company with a big emphasis on TASKI in the assigned sales region.
- Provide timely and accurate management accounting, analysis, and interpretation to ensure that the business can make the right decisions. Selling (vigorously promoting the Diversey chemicals, equipment and services relating to the building services sector).
- Identifying projects and opportunities (uncover needs at customers and new markets).
- Positioning our products to meet the needs.
- Quotations (profitable - right-fit pricing)
- Customer visits, maintaining ongoing relationships with customers, and Customer Services liaison (harmony and best service).
- Ensuring adequate stock control, stock availability, including control of slow moving stock.
- Debtor management
- Provide accurate material and market forecasting.
- Grade 12, preferably a diploma
- Preferable a minimum of three years of experience in sales and chemical industry
- Valid drivers license
- Technical knowledge of chemical dispensing systems;
- Understanding of hygiene and cleaning practices, equipment and products; floor maintenance
- Good sales track record
- Knowledge of facilities management, contract cleaning, floor care machinery industry will be an advantage
