What You'll Do
- You will report to the Continuous Process Improvement Manager
- Process mapping: Proficiency in documenting current processes and designing future state processes.
- Problem-solving skills: Capacity to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
- Data-driven decision making: Comfortable using data to make informed decisions and measure the impact of process improvements (KPIs implementation for audits).
- Continuous learning: Commitment to self-directed learning and staying updated on industry best practices.
- Proactive: Dynamic and propositional bring new ideas to improve the current state avoid keeping the status-quo
- Process improvements (principles and practices)
- You will be required to work USA hours - Central Time Zone (CT)
