The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Greet all customers when passing the retail area
- Drive responsibly and safely
- Be professional and friendly when interacting with customers and suppliers
- Timeously deliver correct products to the correct customer
- Timeously deliver correct products to the supplier for repairs
- Timeously collect correct products from the correct supplier
- Timeously collect correct repaired products from the supplier
- Provide and receive all necessary paperwork that needs to be recorded when delivering and collecting products
- Always double check information on paperwork and information on product are correct and correlate
- Perform routine vehicle checks
- Learn about other department heads & managers to direct customers in the right direction
- Assist internal with store/inventory functions when needed
- Senior certificate (NQF4) or the equivalent
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree would be advantageous
- Valid code B drivers license and own transport (would be advantageous)
- Passed credit and criminal checks
- S.A. Citizen or valid work permit for S.A
