Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years DTP workflow experience
- Experience working with design software (Corel/Illustrator/Preps/Prinergy and Pit stop)
- Competent in MS Office products
- Knowledge of print machinery
- Knowledge of artwork creation
- Assume and maintain responsibility of pre-production artwork, setting up sign offs for customer approval.
- Prepare artwork for production.
- Set up and measuring of all signage products to produce accurate mock ups and representations of customer requirements. This includes all signage and related product offerings.
- Ensure all files and jobs are backed up and filed in an easily accessible manner, this includes hard copies and digital copies.
- Liaise and plan with the production and admin teams to meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service and delivery.
- Perform routine checks on production items.
- Maintain a high degree of quality in a fast-paced production environment.
- Assist with additional ad-hoc responsibilities as and when required.
