4 star guesthouse in Constantia has a vacancy for a duty manager who will report to the general manager.
Job requirements:
- Please note the position is live out
- 3-4 years experience in 4 star environment
- To work well in the team environment
- To take the initiative when required
- Be able to manage a shift on your own
- Presentable at all times
- Have an eye for detail when working with guests and on the floor operationally
- Solid communication skills and ability to interact with guests
- Have sound knowledge of the workings of a 4 star guesthouse with a preference to stocks and housekeeping
- Good working knowledge of excel, word and outlook
- Computer literate in front of house systems like GHM
- Own reliable transport
- Contactible references
