Location: Sandton (remote role)
Budget: Up to ZAR 90, 000PM
Would you be interested in working a client lead role for a Microsoft Gold Partner that was the Microsoft awards winner for customer service?
Your role would be to collaborate with prospective users and client stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into functional specification and requirements, business process modelling and mapping, and user story definition.
In this role you would be responsible for the following:
- Defining the ideas and creating the road map for the Power Platform Solution.
- Overseeing the project at all stages and including design and development.
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to provide updates.
- Effectively hold meetings with project sponsors, senior executives and subject matter experts.
- The initial estimation, along with the Team Lead / Principal Technical Consultant.
- Quality Assurance and Testing of delivered functionality and development.
