An E-commerce store with iconic brands in the apparel, clothing and footwear space is looking for a proactive Customer Support Assistant to join their team to assist in managing day-to-day operations and ensure high performance.
This is an in-office position as the successful candidate would need to be close to merchandise to ensure correct product management.
Duties:
Monitor all customer reviews/feedback and take actionable steps to ensure we meet customer needs.
Provide customer support on the front-end and direct messaging.
Responding professionally to emails
Responding to WhatsApp messages from clients
Answering client phone calls
Calling clients
Handling all queries and issues by tracking orders, following up with deliveries
Assist with any other tasks that are assigned
Assist with order fulfilment and tracking
In House Photography
Requirements
E-Commerce Store Management Experience essential
Must be fluent in English
Excellent communication skills
Professional Attitude
Customer-centric with the ability to keep customers happy
