Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop digital marketing for E-commerce and retail stores in South Africa with a focus on efficient revenue growth
- Challenge given structures, identify inefficiencies and lead the expansion and optimisation of the digital marketing setup to bring it to the next level
- Connect retail and E-commerce processes to provide a unified brand experience and connect commercial channels with brand marketing and CRM
- Establish a process landscape which allows to efficiently set and track consumer demographics, segmentations and buying behaviour to drive targeted campaigns
- Partner with multiple marketing, social media, merchandising, website and operations teams as well as vendors in order to secure efficient communication and sustainable growth, while also contributing to further developing partnerships with external parties
- Integrate all current performance marketing initiatives to ensure a long term approach that maximises cost efficiency through enhanced customer
- 3+ years of professional experience in managing digital marketing for retail E-commerce
- Strong communication skills in English
- Consumer-centric and data-driven performance mindset
- Experience in managing agencies
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced analytical skills
