Minimum Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree (BSc Hons / MSc preferred) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant scientific, technical, and report writing work experience.
- Strong species identification skills, especially in fauna and flora; experience in wetlands/aquatic ecology advantageous.
- Relevant experience and exposure in the Highveld and adjacent bushveld area advantageous.
- SACNASP registration or eligibility for registration in the field of Ecological Science.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Possession of a Valid Passport.
- Develop and present solutions, proposals, and implementation plans to clients across various services.
- Plan projects including scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Oversee project implementation using standard project management methodologies, including Gantt Charts, report writing, delegation of tasks, and managing budgets.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide feedback accordingly.
- Monitor and report on project progress and financial performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and addressing their needs.
- Identify potential opportunities for growth through client interactions.
- Conduct extended fieldwork as required.
