As a CRO Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall user experience on our newly launched website.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in Shopify and Google Analytics to analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement in terms of conversion rates, user engagement, and overall user experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize conversion rates, including A/B testing, user journey analysis, and website personalization.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to implement conversion-focused strategies, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for website enhancements and optimization.
- Continuously monitor and analyze website metrics, generating actionable insights and reports to drive data-driven decision making.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in e-commerce and conversion rate optimization, and apply this knowledge to improve our website performance.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to the development team to implement necessary changes and enhancements on the website.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align CRO efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in CRO, preferably in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment.
- Expertise in working with Shopify, including familiarity with theme customization, app integration, and optimizing website performance for conversion.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics to analyze website data and metrics, and ability to derive insights to optimize conversion rates.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles, user behavior, and website optimization techniques.
- Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, tools, and statistical analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth.
