eCommerce Manager, Site Conversion & Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced eCommerce Manager, Site Conversion & Optimization expert to join our client's team: an innovative e-bikes company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in Shopify and Google Analytics, with a proven track record of improving conversion rates and optimizing e-commerce websites.

As a CRO Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall user experience on our newly launched website.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your expertise in Shopify and Google Analytics to analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement in terms of conversion rates, user engagement, and overall user experience.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize conversion rates, including A/B testing, user journey analysis, and website personalization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to implement conversion-focused strategies, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for website enhancements and optimization.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze website metrics, generating actionable insights and reports to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in e-commerce and conversion rate optimization, and apply this knowledge to improve our website performance.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to the development team to implement necessary changes and enhancements on the website.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align CRO efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in CRO, preferably in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment.
  • Expertise in working with Shopify, including familiarity with theme customization, app integration, and optimizing website performance for conversion.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics to analyze website data and metrics, and ability to derive insights to optimize conversion rates.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles, user behavior, and website optimization techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, tools, and statistical analysis.
  • Proven track record of successfully improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of CRO and e-commerce.
