We are looking for our future Asset Manager for EEMEA region. Reporting to the Operations Director, you be responsible for overseeing management of assets within EEMEA (Romania, Poland, Turkey, MENA, South Africa, ...).

What you will do :
- Provide leadership and management, ensuring all assets are properly maintained, operated and optimized for maximum returns. This will include working closely with Operations managers, team leads and Commercial managers.
- Develop and implement an Assets strategic plan for your region. This will involve analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and manage budgets for the assets in your region. This will include forecasting revenue, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring that expenses are in line with revenue.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the assets under your control. This will include developing emergency plans and ensuring that all necessary insurance policies are in place.
- Provide direct input, advice, and guidance to the sales Divisions in relation to the best options for sourcing the Kits and Assets being requested by the sales teams in the countries or region of coverage.
- Lead and initiate discussion and present recommendations for asset and inventory optimization to the local and EEMEA business leadership teams.
- Provide guidance and advisory to the Divisions for the most cost-effective decisions on CERs
- Ownership of the consignment write-offs and disposal, including the management of expiry dates in consignment and product replacements.
- Manages local PLCM and phase in/out process; partners with marketing and commercial teams to ensure the region is following the new product launch plans.
- Focus on making local procedural changes and new or more effective ways to accomplish tasks, achieving team goals or performing team functions, standardized across EEMEA.
- Play an active role in the EEMEA Operations team as we strive to implement a world class asset and inventory management strategy.
- Take ownership or participate in projects to further improve asset and inventory management capabilities resulting in increasing customer satisfaction, increasing efficiency, lower costs and optimized inventory levels.
- Build, liaise and maintain relationships and collaborates with colleagues across functions (Operations, Finance, etc.), divisions (Sales, Marketing) and leadership, leading or participating in cross-functional projects
- Collaborate and participate to the forecasting process with marketing, Supply Chain and local Leadership team.
- Manage and coordinate the returns of underperforming kits and assets in the field.
- Provide evidence and reporting of budget spent to the divisions
- Proactively manage pending kits and provide visibility to the business for accelerating deployment or decommissioning of kits.
- Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on the performance of the assets in your region.
- Masters university degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Project management certification
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- 3-5 years experience in operations or logistics including a Customer facing role
- 3-5 Years of experience within Asset Management or Supply Chain management
- 3 Years management of people and highly professional individual contributors
- Experience with continuous improvement and change management.
- Drive SOP alignment and standardization
- Influence skills to work with senior leaders and drive agenda and strategy.
- Proven excellent communication skills.
- Relationship building experience across divisions.
- Experience in international environment
