Eldoraigne, Centurion: SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable female
-Minimum 5 years recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, attending to Property Transfers
-Fully independently function (from receipt of instruction to finalization)
-Computer literate in E4 preferred
-Stable employment record and contactable reference
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Independently handling of property transfers, from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter
-Drafting of Transfers documents
-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (market related)
