Requirements

Qualified Red Seal Trade Tested Electrician
Technical skills and relevant tertiary qualification N3
Quality Management System understanding
Five (5) years' post trade experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
Thorough knowledge of the machinery and processes of the company.
Essential Experience: Fanuc and Siemens Controlled CNC Machines, Siepe Conveyor Systems, FANUC and KUKA Robots, PLC Controlled Systems, Knowledge of Wet Paint Plant and Powder Plant.
Computer literacy essential PC skills (Word, Excel, Email, MP2 and Haldan).
Impeccable attendance and disciplinary records.
Problem solving techniques with Leadership skills and Communication Skills.
Attention to detail and analytical skills as well as honest and integrity.
Ability to work under pressure and as an integral team member.
Great interpersonal and Communication skills essential.
Required to work overtime as and when required.
Taking initiative and being innovative.
Adaptable and assertive with a positive energy.

Responsibilities And Expectations But Not Limited To

You will be responsible for the Maintenance activities in the Machining, Paint Plant, Diamond Cut and Final View Areas, but not only restricted to one area alone. (Cross functioning).
You are also required to avail your skills, knowledge, and experience to the rest of the Machining, Paint Plant, Wheel Finishing Department, Diamond Cut Department and Final View Department artisans including other production facility as and when required.
Ensuring that you stay on after hours until all production machines is in full production mode as required by the Production Manager of that area.
Liaise with shift coordinators to assist on breakdowns and Preventative work.
GMR2 inspections and HSE requirements are adhered to all procedures, instructions, and any other legislative requirements.
Accurate capturing of information on MP2 and OEE Halden System.
