Duties
Obtain customer details answering calls, verifying and interview customers
Compare customer details for requirements and to determine if customer is eligible
Confirm price and establishing polices by entering customer details
Provide information by answering questions and explaining procedures to customers
Report communication problems through equipment
Maintain and adhered to guidelines to improve procedures
