Duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver expert technical support for end-user systems, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to restore functionality and ensure user satisfaction.
- Provide field support and on-site assistance to users, addressing a diverse range of technical problems.
- Manage and maintain the end-user environment to minimize disruptions and uphold high service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize support processes and enhance overall user experience.
Qualifications:
- National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification (such as MCSE).
- ITIL certification preferred.
- 4 years of experience in supporting end-user systems and delivering technical assistance.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of handling the physical demands of the role.
- Willingness to work shift hours and travel within the metro area to provide on-site support.
