The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an Energy Consultant to join our multi-disciplinary Energy team either in Cape Town or Johannesburg, South Africa. We pride ourselves on our extensive support network and our strength in numbers.
This role will support the further growth, development and service delivery of the energy consulting team, with a particular focus on multi-disciplinary engineering aspects of our projects, but also business development support and project management support of PV, windy, battery storage, green hydrogen and mini/micro- grid projects. Knowledge on grid-connections and large-project context, structure and role players will be developed. Financial acumen, with respect to energy projects and project finance will be built in order to support the Project Manager and delivery of lenders technical advisory, owners engineer and design services within the renewable energy sector across the project life cycle.
Is this role right for you?
We are looking for individuals with the following experience
- B.Eng or BSC in Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical engineering, preferably with a Masters in renewable energy
