Monitor, control and direct the activities of external services to execute efficient plant maintenance programs, civils, and structural and maintenance projects. This involves planning, implementing and execution with sustainable quality and cost-effectiveness.
Applies sound engineering principles to improve plant appearance, reliability, and structural integrity.
Utilize resources (internal / external) to enhance cost effectiveness with high quality standards.
Continuous improvement in areas of corrosion protection, structural integrity and civils.
Support the Reliability Centred Maintenance Programme.
Offer technical support , training and mentoring of maintenance artisans. 5+ years working experience in a chemical plant/ continuous process plant facility.
5+ years of direct supervisory experience.
Good knowledge of ISO standards.
The ability to understand complex technical processes.
Excellent communication, organization, management and leadership skills.
Effective problem solving skills, implement solutions to complex issues impacting production.
Strong computer software skills, including sound knowledge of SAP.
Good financial and budgetary skills.
Develop a positive attitude and culture in maintenance processes.
