We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Engineering Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting engineering teams with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Maintaining and organizing engineering documentation, including engineering drawings, reports, and specifications.
- Coordinating meetings and communication between engineering teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Managing engineering budgets and expenses.
- Assisting with procurement and purchasing of engineering materials and equipment.
- Providing administrative support to engineering managers and team members.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of engineering processes and procedures.

- 3 Years Relevant Experience in a FMCG Environment
- 3 Years Post Qualification Experience
- 3 Years Relevant Experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
- Valid Driver's License (2 Years)
- Forklift License (2 Years)
