Purpose of the Role:
As our Delivery Consultant you will play a central role in the future success of the company.
Exclusive relationships with key organisations means numerous vacancies require full-time resourcing.
You will be working closely with our Senior Consultant and by extension the accompanying team sourcing and profiling existing candidates on our database and new candidates from various sources.

Requirements
- Daily candidate interviews (mainly telephone but occasionally video interviews).
- Utilise the customised CRM to manage, update, record and document all conversations, candidate records and actions.
- To work with the companys proven interview script whilst profiling candidates, ensuring that all relevant sections of a candidates digital profile are filled in correctly.
- To sell and explain the companys methodology to candidates.
- To uphold the companys values and service to all external customers and contacts always.
- To understand that you are joining a small company at an early stage, and have the flexibility, patience and diligence to perform to the best of your ability within the environment provided
- Drive client leads into the Recruitment Consultant team through CV profiling, reference checking, candidate interviewing and questioning.
- To support the Senior Consultant in his daily management of live vacancies whilst providing additional candidates to the wider Engineering team.
- CV preparation and own administration
- Adherence to the internal company policies to the best of your ability at all times
- e.g. phone and ICT usage, clothing policy, kitchen and health and safety guidelines.
- Any other relevant ad-hoc duties as required by the Director
- 50 calls per day (expecting a 10%-20% success rate on connection)
- 10 candidate registrations per day OR 2 hours call time to candidates
- 6 CVs sent per week
- 2 Interviews Per Week
