I`m a highly skilled, experienced and certificated maintenance leader, with section 13 trade test, wireman’s license, N6 Technical Diploma, and a 3 year University Maintenance Management Diploma majored in Operations and Maintenance management, completed Professional Management Leader Program as part of MDP, currently preparing for the GCC with more than 15 years’ experience in leading, managing, planning, and organizing resources in line with all the statutory, legal and SHEQ requirements. And a solid commitment to this important asset management function. My last position has provided me with more than two years of asset care project management. I am Assertive, Persuasive, Energetic, Self- motivated, I pay attention to details, a team player, problem solving. I have experience in RCM, TPM, CMMS, SAP, HIRA, HAZOP, MS office, excel, project , ISO14001, ISO18001, ISO9001, ISO5001, and experience in lean manufacturing principles Kaizen,5S, Six Sigma (DMAIC) , FMEA, FTA , RCA, Equipment MTBF and MTTR improvement I have more than 15 years’ experience in managing plant shut down outrages, this is shutdown planning (jobs to be done), shutdown resources planning, shutdown spares sourcing, and shutdown outrage execution. I have experience in Maintenance Budget formulation & Management, Preventive maintenance (which is time-based maintenance where on a predetermined periodic basis, equipment is taken off-line, opened up and inspected. Based on visual inspection, repairs are made and the equipment is then put back on-line.), Proactive Maintenance (Maintenance schedule development MSG11), Predictive Maintenance (Condition monitoring), and Breakdown Maintenance. In my current position I’m in charge of production, overhaul plant asset reliability and Plant 16.2 Appointee a Supervisor of Machinery as per OSHACT.
