At the beginning of my career, I was fortunate to be enrolled on a learnership programme at South African Breweries (SAB Newlands), a learnership in Food and Beverages Packaging Operations where I was exposed in various skills process areas such as Filling machine,Bottle Washer machine, Labbeling machine, Inspection machines, Palletizer and Depalletiser machines. After completion of my learnership I was appointed as an Operator then after a year I was promoted to a Semi-skilled technician position in the engineering department, where I was responsible for maintenance of machines and machine components, I broaden my skills and gained invaluable experience in this department.I ensured that all responsibilities and instructions were carried out quickly and efficiently. During this time, I developed and honoured the skills and charecteristics that are required in a working environment. I am an Electrical Engineering graduate, did my P1, P2 and an internship at Eskom for 18 months.
