Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Perform project implementation, installations and upgrades
- On-site, remote, and help desk support
- Evaluation of customers requirements, business analysis and tailoring of software solutions
- Conduct user training and prepare training guides
- Report and Form customization including SQI scripts, reports and queries
- Scope business processes and drafting of Business Requirement Specifications documents
- Ongoing training / refreshing of Acumatica training badges
- Effective communication with Team, Project Manager and Directors
- Strong admin skills - updating timesheets, support cases and administrative duties.
- Min 1 - 2 years experience using Acumatica
- Acumatica Business Consulting Badges / Certification
- Tertiary B.Com Finance / IT degree
- SQL experience
- Understanding of ERP financial systems
- Experience in BA process / Software / ERP financial systems
- Knowledgeable and experienced in MS Products
- Home based office
- South African nationality
- Own transport with valid drivers license
