Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a high-level understanding of the TFG business environment.
- Conduct research on various risk topics to support risk assessment processes.
- Set up and coordinate meetings related to risk management activities and capture meeting minutes.
- Update business registers to ensure accurate and current information.
- Identify and comment on potential risks to the organization.
- Stay informed about macroeconomic matters that may impact the business.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Risk Management, Internal Audit, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting.
- Passion for learning and a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in risk assessments and documentation.
- Strong planning skills to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Good interpersonal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret risk-related information.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
