Your future position?
An EHS Learner in our EHS Department at Givaudan and to be based in our Tulisa Park office. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing effective EHS Management programme.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the EHS Management system documentation- both soft and hard copies
- Validate licensing, permitting, inspections related as per the EHS
- Lead safety initiatives and monthly SHE meetings
- Co-Ordinate EHS site inspections, hazard identification & risk assessments and make recommendations
- Conduct incident/ accident investigations and register lost time accident claims on DOL website
- Promote EHS awareness with company
- Conduct EHS training in-house
- Generate EHS reports (e.g. incident statistics)
- Conduct monthly Contractor safety check list
- Ensure that all safety materials (consumables, PPE etc.) are available on site to ensure day to day running of business
- Conduct daily Gembas and raise and review EHS Contacts

Your professional profile includes:
- Grade 12/Equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, accuracy and proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure
- Planning and organizing
- Action oriented
