Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, creating solutions, achieving deadlines and delivering excellence through effective interaction with clients, suppliers and the internal production team. Responsible for overall management and quality output on allocated specific projects. Ensuring a smooth end to end process and workflow implementation according to the service offering. Client liaison on high level issues and ensuring that the relationship with the client remains positive before, after and during a project.
About Our Client
The client is an active player in the Communications industry and has cornered the market in producing quality Annual and Interim Financial and other Reports. The position is based in Fourways, Gauteng.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
In order to be shortlisted for vacancy, the successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies, but not limited to:-
- Matric and at least 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position, in financial reporting or an advertising agency
- Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate level: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Recognised project management qualification, University degree or diploma
- Own reliable transport, ability to work after hours, attend meetings at client premises and travel if required
The role responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Demonstrate an awareness of market trends, and relevant professional knowledge and skill
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the design, production and print processes
- Develop and manage client quotes and manage project timelines with clients
- Prepare design and production briefs
- Effective management, resolution of client queries and escalation of project completion and other risks
