- Execute Service strategy surveys, process checks and reporting throughExecute Service strategy surveys, process checks and reporting by consulting with customers on chemical, technical & application issues
- Execute field trials, reporting & training
- Establish, verify & document hygiene plans and their parameters through regular customer visits
- Assist with all customer needs
- Install and repair equipment at the customer's plant
- Ensure equipment machine maintenance goals established by the customer
- Support introduction of new programs and service concepts to customers
- Achieve monthly safety metrics and input safety data into the company's system
- Establish new ways of improving service
- Provide recommendations related to safety standards and protocol
- Candidate must reside in: Cape Town with extensive travel required.

- National Diploma in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering

- Preferred to have some experience in Food and Beverage segments and cleaning and sanitation chemistry
- Experience with electrical control panels ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Basic experience with PLCs (Preferably Siemens)
- Experience with instrumentation and control systems
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Knowledge and/or aptitude in electricity and mechanical systems
- Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical field or related field, or university student of engineering
- 3 years of experience in technical roles in Food & Beverages plants;
- Exposure to MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Willingness and ability to work off hours
