The role entail supporting a client team of 8 individuals that are responsible for provision of all equity-related products across our higher touch key client segments;namely institutional, corporate, Global financial institutions and to a lesser extent
This Will Principally Involve The Following Key Activities
- 1) Marketing and roadshow arrangements to facilitate sales and any potential client transactions- logistics (travel arrangements for team/clients etc), meeting schedules, engagement internally and with corporate/ institutional clients
- 2) Learning the process and facilitating new client onboardings both internationally and locally involving working with internal stakeholders/ enablers e.g. KYC, business maagement, legal, middle office & engaging with client contacts to ensure a smooth/ positive client experience.
- 3) Monitoring and progressing any outstanding client legal agreement updates (both locally and offshore) invovlding internal- and external stakeholder engagement
- 4) Assisting with Broker platform administration (regular recording and submission of engagements on various buy-side client platforms) to ensure invoice- and payment cycles run smoothly
- 5) Be cognisant of the regulatory requirements and values-aligned conduct expected with the client-related activities undertaken
- 6) Supporting the Equities client team members on any key client-related administration matters not captured above.
