Purpose Of The Position
- Highly skilled and motivated Project Delivery Lead, with a unique blend of functional consulting acumen, project management expertise, and a solid understanding of business processes.
- Play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of ERP solutions that meet clients' needs and drive their business success.
- Functional Consulting: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Provide expert guidance on best practices and process improvements to optimize ERP utilization.
- Business Process Understanding: Leverage a solid understanding of business processes across various industries to provide insights and recommendations that drive efficiency and effectiveness in ERP implementations.
- Product Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Prioritize project backlogs and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Utilize project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Team Leadership and Integration: Have a strong understanding of the various roles within an ERP project team to effectively align, integrate, and lead team members, while mentoring and guiding them to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executive management. Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in ERP implementation projects. Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a consulting environment.
- Functional Consulting Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Business Process Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of core business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
- Product Owner Skills: Experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features based on stakeholder input and business value.
- Project Management Skills: Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members at all levels.
