Job responsibilities:
- Sourcing information about a property and taking photographs
- Visiting Owners to discuss their property and its unique features
- Estimating the value of the property
- Marketing and promoting Properties for Sale or Rental
- Representing Owners in negotiation with prospective Buyers/Tenants
- Monitoring Sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested parties including Mortgage Brokers, Conveyancers, and other parties.
- Assisting Buyers/Tenants to make their decision.
- Making sure that the price is acceptable to both Buyer and Seller.
- Keeping up to date with trends in the local Residential Property market.
Job requirements:
- Own reliable car and drivers license
- Some experience in the Property or Sales industry is beneficial but not necessary
- We provide on-the-job training. You just need to be energetic, ambitious and committed.
