Estimator

A great mining company in Mpumalanga is seeking the expertise of an Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing review of Vendor List
• Investigate Competitors
• Proficient in CCS Estimating Software
• Ensure that the work content of the tender is accurately captured
• Identification of Technical, Logistical and Vendor Risks
• Identification and mitigation of Commercial risks
• Submit to and Evaluate Vendor's quotations
• RFQ review in detail
• Complete and check the estimating input sheets aligned with Client

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Mining or Engineering Qualification
• Degree in Quantity Surveyor
• 18 years experience as a mining estimator
• 5 years experience in production environment
