- Ensuring that staff deliver on the vision and mission of the Municipality.
- Undertake the ISO 9001 2015 functionality.
- Represents the Municipality at Provincial Government level in the development of norms and standards for the Municipal sector through South Africa.
- Provide Audit responses for the Head Human Capital in response to the non-compliance issues within the Employment policies context.
EMPLOYMENT POLICY ADVISOR
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management or Labour Relations or Public
- Administration or any other related and equivalent qualification.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license
- 4 Years relevant experience.
- Computer Literacy.
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management or Labour Relations or Public
