Experienced Sales Manager with:
- At least 3 months experience in a similar role – preferably in a booking centre environment
- Proven ability to deliver the desired business goals
- Proven ability to contribute in group interactions
- Proven ability to accept and implement coaching feedback in booking centre environment
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Qualifications
- Matric
- Understanding of Call Centre operations in terms of how people and technology work together for business optimization
