Primary Purpose of the Job:
Prepare, coordinate and conduct examinations at the campus.
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma/Diploma
1 year’s working experience within an Academic environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assisting the Head of exams to co-ordinate all group assessments related functions from centralized office
Assist and co-ordinate all assessment/certification audits in conjunction with QA/Academic/Site of delivery management
Supervise centralized printing, marking and moderation processes for all sites of delivery
Co-ordinate and assist with the compilation of the assessment/certification policies and procedures
Supervise all recordkeeping and archiving of student information
Supervise and Co-ordinate credit exemptions across all sites of delivery
Supervise and co-ordinate historical marks capture process
Assist and co-ordinate the transition to the new assessment methodology
Assist Head of Exams to provide support to all sites of delivery assessment/administrative where necessary
Support and liaison of the results/certification module in the student management system. This involves taking on the role of “Super-User” for the results/certification module and liaising with the IT department on the needs and requirements of the site’s delivery
Supervise the results/certification module from a centralized administrative perspective
Co-ordinate, train and update site of delivery staff for the results/certification module in the student management system
Co-ordinate the compilation of group academic calendars and exam timetables
Co-ordinate adherence to timetabling policies and procedures by the campuses
Provide support to the campuses on all general assessment related issues
