We are looking to employ a Quantity Surveryor who must have the following experience and be qualified:
- 35 years of age
- calculate required quantities to maximise revenue or profit
- physical measurements on site
- attend site inspections
- ability to accurately assess actual quantities and liabilities of work done
- prepare accurate cost reports
- advising on the quantity of building materials to be used and its costs
- prepare bill of materials
- take off quantities from building plans
- prepare quotations
- prepare payment certificates
- attend to site visits
- compile bill of quantities
- assist on preparing programme of works, cash flows, labour costs and profits
- attend on snag lists
- site hand over
