Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather all required information for client onboarding.
- Document client information accurately and completely, maintaining detailed records in our database.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless transitions for new clients into our system.
- Follow up with clients as needed to obtain any missing information or additional documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client intake and data privacy.
- Previous experience as an intake specialist or similar role, preferably within the medical, insurance, title, mortgage, or legal industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation work, ensuring that all information is recorded correctly.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and documentation purposes.
- Working Hours full-time US hours.
