Position Title: Executive Assistant

- Ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate events, and handle various personal tasks
- Podcast Coordination:
- Coordinate podcast recordings and outreach to potential guests
- Announce podcast episode releases across various social platforms
- Assist in planning and promoting live events
- Company Support:
- Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks such as drafting and scheduling email campaigns, social media posts, and coordinating live events and trade show attendance
- Review potential sponsorship opportunities
- Coordinate meetings and manage inbox
- Prioritize inbox replies and to-do tasks
- Assist with investment review follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar executive assistant role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with investment or finance industry a plus
