Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for the CEO to track progress and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
