Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for the CEO to track progress and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
